2011 Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting News

Following the AGM held on Monday, 21 November 2011 at the East Fremantle Lacrosse Club, an exciting change is on the front. With many of the board positions up for grabs, it was seen not as a detriment to the club but an opportunity. Majority of positions were filled and under great leadership, the new committee is already busily preparing the club for the 2012 lacrosse season.

East Fremantle Lacrosse Club is excited to announce the new President for 2012, Mr. Peter Cann. Peter has been a vital member of the club for the past 40 years and a solid role model for all members. As the new President Peter has high hopes and some brilliant ideas.

Following many years of success within their role, Geoff Goddard, Anne Gosling and Bev Leavy have once again offered their services to continue their roles for the 2012. Geoff will maintain Females Vice President, Anne Secretary and Bev Director of Modcrosse. Due to life’s demands many committee members needed to step back and unfortunately hand over their positions. The club welcomes a new Treasurer - David Miller, Director of Development - Brayden Borbelly, Director of Facilities - Anthony Smirk, Director of Marketing - Jess Kennedy and Director of Operations - Sue Secker.

On behalf of the President and all committee members, we are looking forward to serving the club in 2012 and assisting in a prosperous future.

Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting & Special General Meeting

The East Fremantle Lacrosse Club hereby gives notice that it intends to hold a Annual General Meeting and a Special General Meeting at 7pm, Monday, 21 November 2011 at East Fremantle Lacrosse Club, Preston Point Road, East Fremantle.

 The agenda for the AGM include an election officials. At this stage the positions of President, Vice President / Mens and Development will be available. There may be more.  The agenda for the SGM is ato effect some changes to the constitution to comply with our liquor licence requirements. Details can be found in the attached documents.
